Pay Dues Edit page

As of January 2025, the monthly assessment for all units is $450.00.

You may pay your dues either by check to Manchester Park HOA or by e-check through First Citizens Bank (link above). 

To create an account with First Citizens to pay your dues, follow the steps below:
 

1. Visit the link above and click "Sign Up" to create an account.
2. Fill in your name, email and phone number and click "Next".
3. Provide the following information:
   1. Management Company ID: 5557
   2. Association ID: 12
   3. Property Account Number: BUILDING NUMBER AND UNIT LETTER
      
      1. ex. 1340 S Idalia St, Unit A would be 1340A
      2. ex. 15513 E Wyoming Dr, Unit D would be 15513D
   4. Your billing address.
4. Click "Register Property".
5. Add a checking account by clicking "Wallet" on the top-right of the page.
6. To make a payment, click "Properties" on the top-right of the page.
